Workforce Development

Workforce Development, for us, means building practical bridges from exclusion to meaningful employment. We design our programs around the realities justice-involved individuals face: gaps in work history, stigma, and the need to rebuild confidence while meeting immediate financial obligations.
Our materials and coaching frameworks focus on three areas. First, employment readiness: understanding employer expectations, communicating about one's record with honesty and strength, and demonstrating reliability from day one. Second, skills translation: helping people identify strengths developed through life experience and prior roles, then present them in language employers recognize. Third, barrier navigation: addressing issues such as transportation, scheduling, documentation, and supervision requirements before they derail a new job.
We pair these tools with guidance for partner employers and community organizations, so they can create work environments where justice-involved employees are set up to succeed. The result is not just a prepared jobseeker, but an employment ecosystem built to sustain their progress.
